**JOB: JUNIOR PRODUCT & DISPATCH ASSISTANT**

**CASUAL POSITION Weekdays and approx. 10-38 hrs a week.**

**ROLE** This role includes a variety of tasks to ensure the customer receives their online order intact and in great condition every time they order. You will be responsible for preparing and helping with all production duties needed in the warehouse, as well as assisting with dispatching orders within the dedicated time frame. You will also be involved in receiving products from the production room, packaging, labeling, and sorting into appropriate areas in the picking room. There is a lot of detailed cleaning involved in this role. This is a fast-paced role that requires efficiency and attention to detail - accuracy is paramount.

You will also be required to assist with prepping production, cleaning after production, and helping within the process of production. This is a very varied role and will suit someone who can keep up with all the different duties.
- Shifts are during the day, about 4 - 6 hours each.
- Perfect for someone starting out their working journey
- No Experience necessary
- This position requires manual handling, You need to be able to constantly lift items throughout the day. You will also be required to assist with prepping production, cleaning after production, and helping within the process of production.
- General housekeeping of the warehouse - dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Can stand on their feet for 7+ hours a day.
- Has a general of Microsoft office, and can learn computer systems quickly.
- Enjoys the fast-paced nature of a busy, small business.
- Works well under pressure and wants to grow within the role.
- Has excellent time management skills.
- Follows and promotes OH&S rules at all times.
