**About The Role**:

Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, we are seeking a Team Leader - Environmental Management to join our management team.

In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of experienced professionals delivering environmental management and compliance frameworks for major energy and resource developments. From preparing environmental management plans to providing expert advice and mentoring junior staff, your contributions will ensure that our projects meet regulatory requirements, exceed client expectations, and achieve sustainable outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A strong understanding of environmental management requirements for energy sector projects, including the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (Qld).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compliance frameworks for large infrastructure projects with complex approval conditions.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their environmental implications.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of environmental professionals.
- A degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or environmental management.
