Student Support Officer/ Administration will be responsible for:

- Work with the student support manager to provide clear orientation and guidance to students regarding the support services available to them.
- Where appropriate, refer students to relevant academic staff for academic support services
- Where appropriate, refer students to external services for personal support.
- Provide advice to students in person via front desk operations and online.
- Understand the importance of inclusion, equality, and diversity.
- Provide information to students about taking care of their well-being and safety.
- Assist in the planning for and provision of support to students with disabilities and/or additional needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.78 - $42.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
