We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join the team supporting a mature lady with low vision living in Carina Heights.

Her shifts are same time every week to support her to access her local community for weekly shopping and attending appointments. Worker will receive additional mileage allowance for using own car.

**Sifts Available**
- Thursday 9am to 12pm
- Other work is available with other Quick Response clients.

**What our clients are looking for**

**Must haves**
- An ability to bring your enthusiasm, positive attitude, creativity and interests to work, to engage and motivate people to pursue their interests and to live a safe healthy and dignified life.
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle. Sometimes you will be required to assist the person to attend activities in the community with you. Mileage allowance is paid.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, current First Aid and CPR.

We provide National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service to NDIS participants at our three day centre locations, in-home care services, and newly opened respite care home.

Pay: $31.76 - $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
