As an** Executive Assistant **in the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, you’ll provide professional support to our senior executives. You’ll be a key problem solver, identifying issues and resolving them quickly with innovative solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for your senior executive and your ability to build rapport and deliver a great client experience through every interaction will be highly valued.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:
- escalating urgent matters for attention and response
- tracking follow-up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
- scheduling of meetings and forward planning (including management of conflicts)
- booking venues for meeting and organising/assisting with the use of collaboration tools and web based communication platforms
- drafting replies to less complex correspondence
- organising travel arrangements
- preparing logistics and completing meeting papers (electronic or in hard copy)
- managing the flow of correspondence and documents
- maintaining office and document security.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in
**Melbourne CBD.
