Package: $97k including super

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting user research and creating user personas
- Support the Senior UX Designer to drive and deliver new and optimised user experiences that lead to customer success and delight, partnering closely with Product, Technology and Marketing
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Participate in research, visual design exploration, workshops, ideation and usability testing

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates your experience in UX design
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles
- Experience working with non-profit organisations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with design systems and maintaining key artefacts such as style guide, re-usable libraries and templates
