**About the department**
- Digital Innovation will deliver on new digital advancements, efficiencies and explore opportunities around collaboration and consolidation of digital platforms. Our digital tools have enabled our health services to stay connected during the pandemic, supporting an exponential growth in virtual health, workplace flexibility and consumer demand in supplying alternate models for access to care.

**About the role**
- This position will predominantly work on the Rostering Project and may also need to work across the other projects within the Program as well as drawing upon the expertise input/feedback of other projects within the program, and vice-versa.
- A regular day will see you:

- Work with the Business Analyst to ensure the solution meets the business requirements
- Work with the Trainer to provide input and feedback on the preparation of training documentation
- Work with the Technical Lead to provide guidance and input on data requirements and migration

Along with your analytical mind, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You’ll bring with you:

- Familiarity with rostering systems and processes
- Nursing/medical background (highly desirable)
- Creative and innovative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to get into the detail and step into assist the team
- Motivated self-starter who is outcomes focussed
