**Summary**:
We are looking for a **People & Culture Partner** to join us in a **part-time capacity (16 - 25 hours per week)**. Reporting to the **Chief of Staff**, you will own and drive core people initiatives, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities. This is a **standalone role** where you'll work closely with our leadership team to foster a strong employee experience, enhance performance management, and ensure smooth HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Manager & Employee Support**:
- Coach and support middle managers on **performance conversations, feedback, goal setting, and employee development**.
- Provide guidance on **people-related issues** such as employee relations, career development, and engagement.
- Support the SLT in driving a strong **culture of learning and development**, ensuring consistency in people management approaches.
**2. Employee Experience & Engagement**:
- **Lead our annual engagement survey** - administering the survey, analysing results, and facilitating **team debriefs and action planning**.
- ** Drive our ‘Brand Inside Out' strategy**, ensuring our EVP is embedded across the employee experience.
- Support and oversee **team events, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives**.
**3. HR Operations & Compliance**:
- **Run payroll processes** (via our HRIS, Hibob) and liaise with Finance.
- Oversee **onboarding/offboarding** to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain and improve our **HR policies, compliance, and reporting**.
- Manage **office administration** (suppliers, cleaners, office supplies).
