**About the role...**

The P&C Manager is responsible for providing high quality services and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide day-to-day operational P & C service and advice to managers and employees on P & C systems, policies and procedures
- Process improvement, problem solving and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice
- Support employee engagement & internal communication activities
- Manage and monitor Indigenous Employment Strategy as required to achieve desired outcomes
- Employee Relations and compliance incl. discipline/ performance improvement activities as they arise
- Management of HR advice (compliance, employee relations, industrial relations etc.)
- Learning & Development Coordination
- Management accountabilities and high performance of People & Culture team
- Delivering accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for area of responsibility
- Completing the performance and development review; along with the annual talent management process
- Development, implementation, and review of P&C projects (new systems, initiatives, programs etc. as requested by Evolve)
- Employee Onboarding Administration including pre-employment checks, contracts and induction and probation process
- Cloud Payroll Administration (user management, adding employees, employee changes etc.)
- Wellbeing management and administration (EAP, Covid related compliance and communications, wellbeing initiatives)
- HR Specific Training and Leadership Development Activities, Coaching or Training Programs
- Workforce Planning

**About you...**

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrives on building relationships and providing service excellence.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related experience in a Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an HR / P&C team providing advice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current contemporary HR/ P&C practice and systems.
- Proven integrity, the ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive issues and experience in participating in case management.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and influencing and the capacity to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders, deal professionally with the public and external agencies and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent computing skills and record management practices
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
- Highly developed problem solving, process improvement, analytical and communication skills
- Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance
- Capacity to motivate staff, promote a positive workplace culture and develop teams of high performers
