**Key Responsibilities include**:
Work with the Chief Operating Officer to support improvement, implementation, and evaluation processes throughout the organisation for various projects and improvement initiatives leveraging clinician relationships to drive improved performance.
Lead and coordinate strategic service developments incorporating innovative and evidence-based models of service delivery and establish mechanisms for the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of agreed service models against agreed targets.
Identify, implement and review service improvement strategies, including the analysis and evaluation of diverse models of care, operating models, identifying gaps and duplication of services, assessing risks, determining the impact to the organisation and recommending mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with key partners and engage with practitioner groups and stakeholders to contribute to an integrated and connected healthcare system ensuring that their needs, expectations and interests are included in project development, delivery and evaluation.
