I'm working with a well established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors located in Malvern.

I am seeking an experienced PA or EA with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to know what needs to be done

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Diary management for a Partner
- Build strong networks and relationships with clients and their EAs
- Assisting with organising internal and external events
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint and Word documents
- Coordination of meetings, events and conferences
- Maintaining internal systems.
- Client correspondence.
- Preparation and maintenance of databases.
- General office support duties.
- End of Month reporting.
- PA duties to Partners including Diary Management.
- Relief reception
- Other ad hoc administrative duties

**About You**:

- Established experience in Executive support for senior leadership
- Strong business acumen with ability to make sound judgements and quick decisions
- Tech savvy, with strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
- High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
- Be familiar with ASIC and ATO portal, forms and requirements.
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You will have used MYOB AE.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong administration skills.
- High attention to detail.

Experience with BGL 360 and MYOB AE will be highly regarded.
