Are you a delivery-focused product leader who knows how to turn data into action? We’re looking for a Data Product Lead to help shape and deliver high-impact data products that drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency.

You’ll lead a small team and work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, guide development, and continuously improve our data products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and knows how to balance speed with quality.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support- Manage and mentor a small team- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions- Track product performance, support user testing, and drive continuous improvement- Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates- Champion agile delivery and product thinking across the Data & AI team

This role is ideal for someone with experience in data, analytics, or product development who is looking to deepen their expertise in data product management and make a real impact.

What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field- 5+ years’ experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role- Strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools and product concepts- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams- Communication skills that build strong stakeholder relationships- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI (or similar)

It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in health insurance, financial services, or regulated industries- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data catalogues- Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, or modern cloud-based data platforms
