**Female Disability Support Worker for Spinal Cord Injury Care** **Location**: Watanobbi, NSW Are you ready to embark on your Nextt adventure? We're on a mission to provide exceptional, person-centered care to individuals living with disabilities, and we need enthusiastic female disability support workers to join us in making a real impact. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide attentive care and assistance to clients with spinal cord injuries. - Assist with bowel care, catheter care, and other medical needs as required. - Safely perform manual handling tasks, including the use of a sling hoist lifter. - Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients. - Foster positive relationships with clients and their support team while maintaining professional boundaries. **Requirements**: - Experience with clients with Spinal Cord injury - NDIS workers screening check - must be current - Working with children check - must be current - NDIS "Quality Safety and You" module certificate - or willing to obtain - Car with Comprehensive Insurance - Valid NSW Drivers Licence **Hours of Work (Shifts available 7 days a week)**: - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (active overnights) **Benefits**: - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. - Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. - Meaningful work that makes a positive impact on individuals' lives.
