- Act as a leader and serve as a role model for store employees
- Maintain and replenish inventory in a timely manner
- Train new staff members on store procedures as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations
- Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- 1 yr+ supervisor experience in hospitality or fast food setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a customer service or retail environment
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Working knowledge of store operations and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible schedule and availability to work nights and weekends as needed
