**About the role**:
C.E.M. Alliance on behalf of our valued client seek to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an immediate commencement.

This role is based in Kwinana on a Monday - Friday roster (home every night) with the occasional Saturday as needed.

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent you will be responsible for leading your team towards excellent safety, time, cost, and quality results for our client.

**Among other tasks, the role will involve**:

- Directing and monitoring your teams activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met
- Overseeing and coordinating the planning, preparation and execution of daily activities and making recommendations to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity
- Liaising with teams on issues and critical changes that may affect resources, equipment availability, cost and schedule in order to develop and implement solutions
- Conducting daily meetings with teams to monitor progress, facilitate communicate and resolve problems
- Ensure reports are regular and communicated on all field activities, identifying any potential or existing concerns and problems that may affect project performance
- Be responsible for good housekeeping conditions in all areas associated with material storage/issue.

**About You**

You will have a genuine commitment to the health and safety of all employees, demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate appropriately with all key stakeholders. In addition you will require;
- WA Electrical License.
- Experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Hands-on experience supervising work teams to ensure that site activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality, environmental and productivity objectives.
- Exceptional communications skills to clearly communicate work plans and required outcomes to the team.
