**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport employees to and from designated locations in accordance with established schedules
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bus to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for passengers
- Assist with general utility tasks as required, which may include facility maintenance, cleaning, and other duties (housekeeping / kitchen utility duties) to support operational efficiency
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies governing transportation operations.
- Operate the bus in a responsible manner, prioritising passenger safety at all times
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers as needed during transit
- Collaborate with the CCS Operations team to contribute to the overall success of the site

**Description**:

- Valid and current Australian Manual Driver's Licence and White Card
- Proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in remote or regional areas
- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of vehicles and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
- Flexibility to take on utility tasks as required, such as basic maintenance and cleaning duties
- Adherence to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
