**About The Role**

The Delivery People team aims to make Uber Eats the best platform for earners, deliver sustainable growth and minimize business risks associated with earner compliance and quality.

This role will be focused on delivery people experience, and will be responsible for driving the satisfaction and retention of delivery people. You will work on strategic projects that contribute to a seamless experience for our delivery people across their full lifecycle on the platform, from setting them up for success on their first trips after signing up, to improving the core delivery experience in the app, to recognising and rewarding high value earners, and everything in between.

**Your Impact in Role**
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data on delivery people experience and conduct analysis to clearly define delivery people experience problems
- Use your critical and creative thinking to craft actionable recommendations to solve those problems, and develop compelling business cases to achieve internal alignment and buy in on the path forward
- Project manage the implementation of your solutions, keeping to project timelines and identifying and managing risks as you go, and working with cross functional stakeholders including policy, legal, comms, product, engineering, marketing, and communications
- Support the rollout of globally driven product changes to delivery people experience

**The Experience You’ll Bring**
- **
Consistent track record of solving complex problems**, which you will have built by leading projects with a large set of stakeholders and designing and optimisation of processes in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. (i.e. management consulting, investment banking, operations / compliance / risk management experience in hyper growth companies). You may even have specific problem solving expertise in user experience design e.g. journey mapping, designing and facilitating user experience workshops.
- ** Strong analytical capabilities and data acumen**. You are a natural at sourcing qualitative and quantitative data to help define problems and solutions clearly. You are at ease working in Excel/Sheets and might even have experience querying for data using SQL and automating and scaling processes using using scripts and APIs
- ** Strong implementation skills and attention to detail.** You are equally at home implementing ideas as you are at developing them. You go to extensive lengths to make sure things do not fall through the cracks. You have a habit of double checking and documenting your work.
- ** Strong verbal and written communication**. You can craft a compelling business case, and pitch it to senior business leaders, confidently telling a data backed story that helps secure buy in.
