We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Coordinator seeking a challenging role or the next step in their HR career.

This role will be based in Homebush 4 days per week and one day in the North Ryde Support Office.

This role will suit a resilient human resources professional with strong administration experience who has had the opportunity to provide some guidance and support across a business.

This role based in Homebush, in a busy animal and emergency hospital, will give you strong exposure to all aspects of the people function.

As a People Coordinator (a background in a multi site HR role, people support role will be highly regarded) your primary objective will be to support and offer guidance, and fulfil all administration requirements to a fast paced animal and emergency hospital. You will have daily guidance and mentorship from an experienced Senior People Advisor and you will be looking to really accelerate your HR career.

Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to demonstrate your ability to offer compassion and guidance and have a working demonstrated knowledge of local HR regulations. This role also includes all aspects of HR administration including, probation tracking, remuneration reviews, and reporting.

This role will be part of an established HR function that is tight knit and highly respected for their service culture.
- Be from a multi site or professional services Support Office environment with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role.
- You will have proven experience in a HR role that requires multi tasking, consultation and working across multiple teams
- Have HR Qualifications at a Diploma or higher level
- Be extremely hands on and very administrative driven
- Exceptional relationship and decision making skills are a must
- Highly empathetic, patient and excellent communication skills
- Intermediate office skills
