**What you'll be doing**:

- You'll manage a vibrant portfolio of donors and prospects, using your people skills to build lasting relationships with a passionate community of ballet lovers
- You'll deliver exceptional stewardship to grow philanthropic support for The Australian Ballet.
- You'll collaborate on creative digital campaigns that attract, retain, and grow donor support
- You'll interpret donor data and behavioral trends to identify opportunities to grow The Australian Ballet's supporter community

**What experience you'll need**:

- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or high-level relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence using customer databases to interpret data and drive decision-making
