**About the Role**

We are looking for experienced carers to join our team on a casual basis, working with NDIS participants & ageing clients in the Melton & Sunbury area for 15 hours a fortnight.

Some of your tasks will include:

- Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independent living
- Providing transport and community access
- Provide domestic assistance as needed

**About You**

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

- Cert III or IV in Disability (required)
- Medication trained (desirable)
- Experience with complex supports
- Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
