Join our Facilities team as an Administration Officer. Reporting to the Services and Environments Team Leader, you'll provide essential administrative support to our Facilities Coordinators. Your role includes handling invoices, permits, and contractor documents, while providing top-notch customer service. You'll be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and customers. If you're an administration guru, organised, proactive, and customer-focused, this is the perfect role for you.
