We are a thriving Caravan, Camper, and Trailer manufacturer looking for a **hands-on Workshop Manager** to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our assembly and manufacturing workshop.

**About the Role**:
As the Workshop Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of five skilled employees, bringing strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to enhance our quality and efficiency. Your role will involve hands-on management, effective communication with both staff and customers, and maintaining a well-organized, productive workshop environment.

Pay: $69,401.16 - $100,000.00 per year
