**Role Overview**

As a Boutique Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and personalised shopping experience to our clients. You'll help bring our "Less is More" philosophy to life by offering expert styling advice, creating meaningful connections, and ensuring each client leaves feeling their best.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Styling: Provide personalised styling sessions that align with our curated collections and the individual tastes of our clients.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by offering thoughtful advice, cultivating a welcoming environment, and ensuring every client feels special.
- Store Presentation: Help maintain the boutique's aesthetic, ensuring displays reflect the clean, mínimalist vibe that defines Lesser Store.
- Sales & Client Relationships: Assist in achieving store sales targets and nurture relationships with existing clientele while assisting in growing new customer connections.
- Stock & Inventory: Support the team in maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising that reflects our seasonal and timeless pieces.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including assisting with store upkeep and assisting with client appointments.

We are seeking someone who embodies the following qualities:

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar retail or boutique setting, ideally in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Styling Expertise: Strong knowledge of fashion trends and an ability to offer personal styling advice.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for exceptional service and creating an elevated shopping experience.
- Flexible: Availability on weekends and adaptable to casual, part-time, or full-time hours.
- Aesthetic Sensibility: Appreciation for mínimalist, timeless design and a refined eye for presentation.
- Technology: Familiarity with systems such as Shopify and Square (ideal but not required).
- Positive & Intuitive: Energetic, professional, and intuitive in connection with clients.

**Required**
- Previous experience in a similar boutique or retail environment preferred.
- Availability on weekend and flexible hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fashion and styling, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify and Square, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
