**Mandatory Skill : IAM(Identity & Access Management) with "Entra ID"**

**Location : Sydney/ Melbourne**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of IAM tools and solutions focused on best security practices and approaches such as Zero Trust and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
- Provide domain expertise for the design of complex Identity Access Management (IAM) operations and support the implementation or integration of IAM services with new technologies focused on automated access control and role allocation.
- Maintain and manage internal and external IAM platforms to ensure that appropriate user administrative processes are performed efficiently including provisioning, transfer, and termination functions.
- Assist project teams with Active Directory (AD) integration patterns using AD and Microsoft Entra ID, Azure MFA, ADFS & Azure Federation and SSO patterns.
- Identify and work closely with a variety of business areas to develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models to ensure all staff are aware of security profiles and systems leveraging RBAC principles by design.
- Document system configuration, and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for system design and appropriately comply with ICT policies.
- Liaise with and support internal and external auditors, compliance, and regulatory bodies

**Technical skills, abilities, and cultural capability**:

- Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication/authorisation, strong modern authentication principles, Zero Trust principles
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft and AWS, IAM systems such as Ping, Okta, SecureAuth, IBM Verify etc. and associated processes.
- Understanding of Azure IAM, Active Directory environment, Azure Access Controls, and AWS Identity Solutions
- Familiarity of Scripting Languages and automation authoring controls.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Security services (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Identity, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security)
