**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a **Customer Relations Officer**who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests whilst ensuring compliance with all gaming, membership, AML-CTF and responsible gambling regulations and policies. The **Customer Relations Officer** is responsible for promoting the Southport Sharks membership and loyalty program and providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

**THE RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete shift reports summarizing key member interactions, compliance issues, and concerns.
- Identify at-risk patrons, monitor their gaming behaviour, and escalate concerns to management.
- Assist with general inquiries, including point accumulation, redemption, tier status updates, and membership queries.
- Assist in conducting promotions and draws as needed.
- Represent Southport Sharks at functions, events, and promotions when required while upholding compliance standards.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Current QLD RSA/RSG Certification.
- Current CLO certification
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience in gaming operations, customer relations, or membership/loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance, responsible gambling programs, and AML-CTF monitoring and reporting requirements.
