**About the Role**

We are currently seeking **experienced and dedicated Community Support Workers** to join our growing team on a **part-time basis**. In this role, you will support clients funded through NDIS, DVA, and VHC, helping them to achieve their goals and live more independently.

You will provide assistance with daily living, personal care, and community access, while also fostering skill development and social inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., showering, dressing, toileting)
- Support clients with daily tasks like meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Administer medication as required
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities
- Encourage independence, participation, and skill-building
- Maintain respectful communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**

**Certificate III or IV in Disability or a related field**
**Minimum 2 years’ experience** in the disability sector (essential)
**NDIS Worker Screening Check**
**Working With Children Check (WA)**
**Current First Aid & CPR certification**
**Unrestricted working rights in Australia**
**Driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle**
