Are you a seasoned Assistant Venue Manager seeking a fresh opportunity in a vibrant, historic setting? This summer, we’re on the lookout for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team.

Founded in 1902, The Parkerville Tavern & Heritage Venue is a beloved family pub and restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Perth Hills. Surrounded by scenic trails, our beautifully restored ‘Parky’ is where locals and visitors gather to enjoy great food, drinks, and company.

As our new Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll partner with the Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling, multifaceted venue. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a wealth of experience in managing large-capacity venues.

**What's on Offer**:

- Generous Salary $75,000 - $77,000 + Super
- KPI Bonus $5000

**Essential requirements**:

- 2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- Hold a current Unrestricted Managers license
