About the Role

Are you ready to lead with purpose and set the standard for workplace excellence? As the Employment Standards & Best Practice Coordinator, you'll drive meaningful change, ensuring compliance and championing initiatives that make Parkerville an employer of choice.

This is your chance to make an impact by:

  • Leading compliance efforts around employment awards, wage standards, and Fair Work regulations – building a workplace rooted in fairness.
  • Collaborating with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure precision and transparency in employment practices.
  • Managing inquiries with professionalism and finesse, offering timely support and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management.
  • Crafting reports and insights to enhance compliance, planning, and People & Culture initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive leader who thrives on driving change with:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in HR generalist roles and project management excellence.
  • A knack for tackling complex projects with clear outcomes and meeting deadlines like a pro.
  • A solid understanding surrounding pay conditions and queries
  • A commitment to privacy and confidentiality that inspires trust.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize with clarity and confidence.

Parkerville Children and Youth Care are uniquely positioned to provide the successful applicant with the following benefits.

  • SCHADS Schedule B and Level – Level 5.1 – 5.3 – $49.28 – $51.51 per hour.
  • EAP Service with Wellness resources
  • Salary Packaging of up to $15,900
