**Your New Role**

As a **Care Companion, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts across a seven-day roster
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
