**Soccer Coach: Head of Growth**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Soccer coach to join our team who will also lead business development and marketing opportunities.

Applicants must be able to independently deliver high quality coaching sessions across a variety of age groups (from 4 years to 14 years), skill levels (beginners through to SAP level players), and services, (from weekly clinics, team training, soccer camps, 5/7/9 A-Side tournaments and our School of Excellence), whilst being a direct support to the Director of Coaching.

- Enthusiasm for soccer and sports, and working with children is essential. You will need to be fun and full of energy to engage and maximise every child's development and potential.
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and being physically fit for the role are essential.
- Desire and ability to actively contribute and seek out growth opportunities and assist in marketing and new business development.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ability to independently plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate the coaching program to develop the soccer skills of young players from 4 years old to 14 years old.
- Actively contribute and seek out growth opportunities for the company and assist in marketing and new business development.
- Be flexible and adaptable with your role in the team, and committed to working a non-traditional work schedule which will include Saturdays and Sundays as ordinary days.
- Brief, evaluate, and develop coaches and assistant coaches
- Take responsibility for all aspects of administration relating to own classes and where appropriate the company as a whole.
- Understand and follow all company policies such as health and safety, code of conducts and other procedures.

**Requirements: Applications must have**:

- 1 years full time employed experience in the role
- FFA/AFC Advanced Coach Course C-Licence (equivalent to UEFA C Licence)
- Current Advanced First Aid and CPR
- Current Working with Children Check NSW
- Valid driving Licence and own vehicle
- Computer Skills - literate in Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

**Requirements: Applications must be**:

- Fluent in English - IELTS of 7 or higher
- Working rights in Australia
- Living in Sydney
- Able to work Saturdays & Sundays

**Salary**: $56,000.00 per year
