One of my clients based in Ascot Vale, Melbourne who are a Recruitment Consultancy, are currently looking to add another person to their team because they are growing from strength to strength.

Their philosophy is to bring someone new and train them from the ground up; however, this role will require someone who is willing to do the work because the first 12months are the biggest learning curve when it comes to learning about people and why they do what they do.

Recruitment involves working with many different organizations to help them solve people issues. You will be identifying talent for jobs, understanding who they are, what they do and what would there next role look like.

To build a career in recruitment you need to be self motivated and customer orientated and have the ability to solve problems.

- Customer Service/Sales
- Hospitality
- Retail Management

- The research you have done into recruitment rather than just showing up
- Can you hold a conversation when talking to someone you have never met
- You're ability to ask meaningful questions

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
