**About the role**

As a Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Channel Management
- Ensuring consistency of service and business
- Assisting Drivers & allocating Drivers to their runs on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring all legislative requirements are met
- Investigate, respond and act on any issues, messages, queries or feedback in a timely manner.
- Promoting a safe, positive work environment and alignment with management objectives
- Ensuring key service objectives and KPI's are met on contracts.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Experience in a transport allocator/fleet controller role is a MUST.
- Excellent communication & computer skills
- Able to prioritize tasks, high level of attention to detail & knowledge of the greater metropolitan area as well as read street directory / GPS Tracking.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good knowledge of the Perth suburbs and surrounding suburbs
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management & listening skills.
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kewdale, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fleet Controller: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
