**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator. Flexible working hours - up to 15 hours per week.

You will be responsible for Financial Administration including reconciling Vendor payments, reporting, following up with customers to ensure correct payment terms are met.

This position will provide full training on site. The client is flexible with working from home once fully trained.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for reconciling vendor payment terms against invoice payment terms
- Investigating short payments and anomalies
- Liaising with Vendors & stakeholders to update payment terms accordingly
- Creating and adding new vendors to the system
- Reviewing documentation and T&'s to ensure everything is compliant and correct & actioning amendments if needed
- Contacting various vendors to inform them of updated or payment term changes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Good attitude - willing to go above and beyond
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Proficiency in SAP (P2P and VMD modules)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Must have 2 years' experience in similar role
- Must be doubled vaccinated

This is a temporary contract with the possibility of going permanent.
