**How you contribute**

**Here's what we need**:

- Act as the primary person for all customer Licencing and Renewals
- Respond to customer queries and questions about all aspects of licensing.
- Track and monitor license expirations and renewals for customers and resellers
- Manage the process of licences - including cutting the Licence Key and accurately updating all systems to process and manage orders
- Review, prepare and communicate effectively the renewals for customers and resellers with the internal teams and follow up when necessary
- Work with cross functional departments to maintain the customer renewals database.
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics for renewals including the pipeline, customer renewal, on-time attainment, closed and lost rates
- Develop system processes for renewals to grow and maximise the monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Assist in the support of compliance and sales initiatives
- Such other duties as may reasonably be required

**How you’ll succeed**:

- 3+ years in a similar role
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a passion for customer obsession
- Previous experience engaging and working with customers
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Licensing Processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Excel
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects
- Flexibility to work across international time zones when required
- Strong aptitude for learning systems and understanding processes quickly
- Confident individual that has ambition and drive to succeed and make suggestions for improvements to processes
- Ability to be a self starter, agile and work with ambiguous situations
- Experience using HubSpot (desirable)
