**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a talented Content and Creative Lead to join our in-house Creative and Content Studio - The Better Collective for an 8 Month's Maternity contract

As our Content and Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and driving creative standards across Brand and Marketing. You will manage and provide hands-on creative support when required and demonstrate exceptional technical skills across print, content, and digital workflows. Acting as the central point of contact for a group of internal and external stakeholders you will attend and lead briefings, pitch creative and strategy and implement campaign rollout.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Creative, your responsibilities include:

- Lead, support and inspire an energetic multi-disciplinary team.
- Plan and allocate creative briefs, delivering outcomes on time and to spec, working with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Manage all aspects of a campaign from briefing to dispatch.
- Ensure the work produced is creative, customer focused, and consistent with the brand. That in turn supports the implementation of the brand and marketing strategy and objectives.
- Using creative to communicate to a wide range of audiences through various formats and channels.

**About You**

This role demands a creative thinker with a passion for leading a team of creatives and projects
end-to-end.

You will have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and can effectively engage and consult with stakeholders directly.

You will enjoy working with an in-house creative team and the idea of being able to focus on just one brand.

Additional skills and experience include:

- Around 10 years of experience managing a team of creatives. A background in design or advertising would be ideal.
- Delivering on a range of channels for; print, social and digital is what you're known for, plus you’re pretty good at it.
- Technically proficient in Abode Creative Suite.
- Client relationship and account management experience
- Flexible to manage shifting timeframes and projects but disciplined enough to deliver on time,
to budget and brief.
- A genuine team player who is always on the lookout for opportunities to add value to current ways of working
