Attention all marketing and events enthusiasts EziStreat, North Melbourne's newest foodie destination, is seeking a Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
EziStreat’s goal is to support the growth and success of food entrepreneurs and startups by providing affordable space and innovative resources
EziStreat is ‘The Neighbourhood Detour’ and incorporates a food hall, beer garden and events space in the heart of North Melbourne, celebrating street food and community spirit.
From creating social media content and growing the brand’s following to executing dynamic campaigns that celebrate food, drink and creativity - this is a unique role. This brand encompasses Content and Marketing duties; as well as event management on the venue across EziStreat’s parent brand, and sub-brand, Konbini and Shokudo.
You’ll need to be self-motivated, and driven, have visual flair and have a love for food, drink and fun stuff. You’ll be working with a dynamic and supportive team. Working hours are flexible, and of course - there are lots of delicious perks.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience growing a social media presence for a brand (hospitality required) across key platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop + InDesign).
- Copywriting experience.
- Proven demonstration of ROI, executed in a social media and marketing strategy.
- Experience coordinating and briefing creative freelancers.
- Attention to detail, confidence - and a love for collaboration
- Prior experience in paid social media campaigns preferences
- Prior experience dealing with external stakeholders i.e suppliers/customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing and event strategies across all communication channels.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, manage an online community, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Plan and coordinate events at our venue.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing and event strategies.
- Coordinate and brief creative freelancers.
- Track and analyse marketing and event performance metrics to ensure ROI & sales goals are met.
The schedule includes day and evening shifts, with weekend availability, and a rotational roster.
