**Your Next Opportunity**:
As a valued member of our team**,** you will work alongside our highly skilled team to bring education to life and empower children to develop a lifelong love of learning. You’ll help them build relationships within our community by accompanying them on their beach trips and weekly Learn to Swim sessions, while also assisting in the design and implementation of our play-based curriculum.

You’ll have flexible shift options available to you, operating on a rotating monthly roster, which will allow you to enjoy the ultimate work/life balance

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Design, implement and reflect upon a high-quality play-based curriculum that nurtures individual child needs and supports learning through a well-planned learning environment.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and supportive environment for children with accurate records, and implement policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively, understand NQF and code of ethics, follow and implement policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement, maintain supportive and nurturing relationships, and stay current with best practices.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:
To be considered for this role, you should currently hold a **Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or be working towards obtaining one of these qualifications.**
