You should:

- Be highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs

**THE ROLE**
You will play a key role in providing general administrative-based support and business compliance services related to the Company and our customers, including:
- Providing administrative support to management and team members
- Co-ordinating and maintaining office supplies and stock
- Providing prequalification, tendering and other administration support tasks
- Formatting / drafting / updating and developing administrative systems and documents to make them more efficient
- Assisting to maintain the day-to-day operations of the company

**THE ESSENTIALS**
Training and certificates essential for this role include:
- Drivers licence
- Certificate III in Business and a willingness to undertake further study
- Skills essential for this role include:
- Demonstrated previous experience in administrative roles and other business support tasks
- Diligent with a key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, data driven, and results oriented
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to build effective relationship with customers
- Thirst for knowledge and always willing to learn
- Confident working independently as well as collaboratively as part of the WLSS team
- A can-do attitude, punctual, and reliable
- Proficient in using MS Office / Windows, Google Suite, and other business-related software
**THE DESIRABLES**
Highly desirable skills include:
- Certificate IV in Business, or higher
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or higher
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
