- We support Aboriginal people going to court—whether as victims or defendants—through our Aboriginal Client and Community Support Officers.
- Our goal is to build better pathways to justice and reduce Aboriginal overrepresentation in the criminal justice system. This role provides:

- Help at court
- Advocacy and guidance
- Community-focused project support

**What you’ll do**
- As part of the team, your role will include (but not be limited to):

- Supporting projects that benefit Aboriginal clients and communities
- Providing respectful, culturally appropriate customer service
- Preparing letters, reports, and keeping records organised
- Gathering and sharing information to improve projects
- Doing research to support better outcomes
- Promoting services and programs to Aboriginal people

As an Identified role, this position is open only to _Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander persons, Australia’s First Nations people._

- is accepted as a such by the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community.
