Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Lead, CRM Platform to join our Sydney Team.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Provides technical leadership to the engineers and analysts who design, build and support solutions on the CRM platform.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Minimise the amount of customisation to the platform and ensure out of the box functionality is leveraged to deliver solutions. For any customisations, ensure code follow best practice design patterns.
Ensure all technical documentation is maintained and updated as required.
Continuously identify improvement opportunities to maximise platform stability and performance to minimise the management overhead of the platform.
Keep up-to-date with respect to the latest Salesforce release notes and the technical impacts/opportunities for Mirvac.
Collaborating closely with the other Digital teams and business stakeholders, develops and executes the technical design and build of solutions on the CRM platform that support the core principle of utilisation of modern architecture, scalability, resilience, and reliability.
Contributor to the execution of Mirvac’s digital modernisation strategy.
Ensures solutions are engineered to minimise technical debt and maximise release velocity.
Ensures effective controls are in place across the engineering of solutions on the CRM platform that enable Mirvac to comply with its increasing obligations.
Provides a high level of support to users of solutions built and delivered through the CRM platform.
Ensures technical designs take into account the required security elements to protect Mirvac’s customer data.
Provides guidance and technical oversight to 3rd party technical partners that are engaged to augment the team to deliver, enhance and support solutions on the CRM platform.
Provide technical thought leadership to the business in how modern technology can be leveraged to deliver business outcomes.
