**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our high performing team based in Morwell. Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement and development of a key team of Sales personnel within the defined region. This will include:

- Attaining new business, full account management of non-key account customer revenue, retention and profitability
- Accountable for communicating organizational and strategic goals and objectives
- Ongoing management of the team’s opportunity
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Preparing and submitting regular market intelligence, tender activities and competitor activity reports

**Skills and experience**
- Sound experience in the field and managing large accounts
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Excellent negotiations skills and strong customer service ethics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualification within business/ marketing is highly desirable
