**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
- Proven new business and account management experience growing a B2B customer base in competitive markets
- PPE, Workwear, or related background is desirable but not essential, experience in related industrial markets is well-regarded
- Success in winning new business and achieving sales targets through effective management of the sales process
- Ability to manage back-end business processes and prepare EOM customer reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- tender preparation experience would be ideal, strong sales pitch documents is a must
- Strong sales disciplines and ability to build a pipeline of new opportunities
- Tertiary qualifications are well-regarded but not essential
- Adept (Intermediate) in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
