A great opportunity exists to join the Assure team as a Paraplanning Team Manager.

You will assist our advisers in providing quality and compliant advice documents for our customers. Leading a team of paraplanners, you will ensure the advice process is efficient and articulates the personal insurance needs of our customers. You will oversee the maintenance of accurate records, reports and lead initiatives to assist the team deliver exceptional advice solutions.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Strong experience in Financial Planning/and or Personal Insurance
- Advanced Diploma and relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- An understanding of the Quality of Advice Review recommendations and ability to manage any changes that may impact Paraplanning.
- Attention to detail accompanied by a strong growth mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong adherence to compliance and ability to deliver customer outcomes.
