In your new role as Project Development Officer, you will be contributing to the Tourism Asset Development team by providing general project delivery support and driving ongoing improvement of systems, processes and procedures. In addition, you will:
- Develop and manage project documentation, templates and protocols- Investigate and present initiatives to support business improvement- Assist the team in day-to-day general administration tasks- Coordinate trades and materials to support the delivery of minor works- Manage project controls including cost control, variations and invoicing- Attend site and complete inspections when required
What you will bring to this role:
- Demonstrated experience in project administration, planning and project management support- Appreciation for general project management principles- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills- Ability to deliver multi-mode communication to different audiences- Ability to perform in a high-pace environment with shifting demands and priorities
