This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY and is required to be mostly in the office.

**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Production Assistant**:
As the Assistant to Executive Production, you will be responsible for managing the time of the Executive Producers and liaising with key Production companies to ensure effective coordination and delivery of our productions. This is a fast paced and pivotal role within the team and requires a highly intuitive, organised and flexible person who is motivated and capable of thinking on their feet whilst ensuring things run smoothly within the department.

**Functions will include**:

- Coordinating the delivery of programs: liaising with Production Company, managing and distributing scripts, schedules and relevant materials in pre-production, ingesting footage, organising tech checks and updating the TX Schedules.
- Supporting EPs through conducting research and gathering relevant materials on multiple projects and proposals upon request with absolute professionalism and confidence
- General Production Assistant tasks and team admin support as required

**What are we looking for in a Production Assistant? What’s important?**
- Exceptionally high level (and demonstrated) organizational skills and effective problem solver
- Mature, friendly and professional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including senior executives
- Outstanding attention to detail and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential) and Canva
- Some working knowledge of editing tools and rudimentary content creation would be amazing
- Proven ability to hold a position requiring a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly self-motivated and excited to learn
- A real passion for television and TV production

**Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required**:

- Previous experience within a production company
