**Job Description**:
This is a position that encompasses people, customer, and financials. You will be responsible for the operational and P&L performance of this Region and do so with the customer front of mind. You are also someone who understands the importance of ensuring service levels from each key functional area, meet or exceed the benchmarked targets.

**Responsibilities** include**:

- DIFOT - Direct responsibility for operational service to customer, inclusive of DIFOT results, customer experience, day to day service levels, quality, and contractual compliance requirements
- Accountability for the division’s -operational and P&L financial performances for the NSW Branch, ensuring division expenditure is within budget by analysing cost effectiveness and directing cost control activities where required
- Manage operational and administrative Teams in line with value stakeholders requirements, actively facilitating and developing capability, talent and succession plans across Branch.
- Lead the strategic direction for the region in line with the strategic priorities / direction of the business, communicating and cascading priority objectives across the Intermodal and Tasmanian networks.
- Alignment and collaboration with Sales lead to promote growth and progress in operations in line with financial and strategic network development objectives.
- Constantly working to promote safe work practices and safe working environments

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an experienced functional leader with strong financial acumen to take on this role and drive the business, through our people, to new and exciting heights.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in Intermodal Logistics or similar (minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar level leadership role).
- Clear understanding of network and, transport and logistics management
- Proven leadership, development, and motivational skills in a dynamic business setting.
- Strong communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences.
- Delivering ongoing operating, financial and performance efficiencies.
