**The Company**

This reputable FMCG business with a global presence who continue to grow is seeking a Safety Business Partner to support their sites across Australia.

**The Role**

The role of Safety Business Partner is focused on the continuation of driving a culture of safety across the business. The key duties will include the following:

- Develop, review and maintain the Health and Safety Management System;
- Conduct training and presentations for health & safety matters;
- Conduct safety audits across all sites and identify risks;
- Develop initiatives to promote Health & Safety improvement strategies across the business; and
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adhere to regulations.

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

- 5+ years' experience as a health & safety professional within an FMCG business
- Have a strong track record in driving a safety culture across the business
- Knowledge of Australian safety Legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards
- Have a thorough understanding of OH&S legislation and the ability to educate and train
