My client, a Boutique Consulting Firm, are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to work in their Modelling team. This permanent role will see you partner with a number of clients in both Commercial & Government Bodies, creating 20-30 year Financial Models to advise on Business Case's and Investment Opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to work on big Data projects and Data Visualization initiatives. This role will suit you if you come from a Technical Modelling background and also enjoy being client facing and have strong drive to further develop that skillset.

My client prides themselves on a truly flexible work place. You wont work gruelling long hours and have a blend of Home, Client Site and Office.

**What your day will look like**
- Work directly with clients to understand their business model and aspirations to translate this into functional and high quality financial models that are fit for purpose.
- Assist and work with internal teams and business partners to deliver complex and bespoke financial models for clients.
- Conduct detailed research across a wide variety of projects and markets including social and affordable housing, health, airport, industrial, retail, residential and other specialised properties.
- Write financial and economic reports, as well as supporting preliminary and detailed business cases.
- Support with marketing initiatives and proposals.
- Take ownership for delivery of projects that will include being the key person responsible for managing and preparation of valuation reports, and detailed financial modelling and analysis.

**What your background might include**
- A degree or qualification in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Direct experience using various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparable, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes.
- Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and other systems and software
- Experience conducting valuations for tax planning purposes.
- Strong people skills as you will be working with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitating workshops and assessing and documenting options.

Salary on offer will range between $130,000 - $150,000 + Super depending on your experience level.
