Our client, an award-winning Property and Construction company are seeking a Facilities Manager. With a portfolio of over 2,000 properties, they are committed to innovation and providing exceptional service to their customers.
**About the role**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a newly established portfolio.
This role is a key position and the main contact point for the living portfolio. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Crucially the ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders will see you succeed.
This role will be responsible for the up keep and presentation of the portfolio, supporting the delivery of the facilities management services as part of the FM team utilising the CMMS software package.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2 - 4+ years’ experience in a Facilities and/or Property related activity.
- Customer focused, showing initiative and having a positive approach to meet customer needs
- Contractor management experience within a commercial or residential high rise building environment
- Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in multiple IT solutions
- Reporting and analytic skills.
