Real Estate & Property Facilities Manager Melbourne Temp Posted: 28/4/2025 $60-$65 p/h Melbourne CBD / Inner East Fringe Redeveloped Asset & Autonomous role ASAP Start Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager to work for a leading corporate real estate provider who specialises in the management and advisory of property assets on behalf of publicly listed and private landlords.  This position will manage a recently redeveloped commercial asset in Melbourne's CBD/ Inner East Fringe.  We are looking for an individual with previous or current experience in managing base building facilities of commercial high rise either directly for a landlord or via a service provider.
With previous experience as a Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Manager as a minimum.  You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building management and this will be an autonomous role to prepare the role for a permanent employee OR potentially if the right fit may be open to yourself permanently. What We're Looking For: Experience in facilities/property operations (commercial) Understanding of building systems (fire, mechanical, structural, etc.) Strong contractor coordination and compliance focus Customer centric operator with excellent communication skills   If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Lawrence Peters by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
